Dedicated Caregiver Benefits

The care of our residents is our top priority.  That is why all CRL Senior Living Communities employ nothing but highly-trained caregivers to implement CRL’s innovative clinical programming.

Other assisted living facilities have their universal staff manage various duties – stretching their attention to include cooking, cleaning, and housekeeping – in addition to resident care.

At CRL, our caregivers’ only job is to provide high-quality one-on-one care for our residents.  This allows more time to dedicate to the individual well-being of every resident in our communities.

By separating departments, we allow for a more focused approach to healthcare – which means cleaner homes, an enhanced dietary experience, and a higher quality of care.  Our staffing ratio (caregiver to resident) is 1:7 in our memory care facilities and 1:12 in our assisted and independent living communities.

At CRL, our dedicated caregivers:
