Whether you would like some time and flexibility in order to prepare a home to sell for the best possible price, are waiting for veterans benefits to arrive, or simply appreciate having options, we are here to help you every step of the way.
The key features of our
innovative program include:
• Elderlife Financial Services: An Elderlife Line of Credit* is an easy way to finance senior living, helping your family make the move today while taking the time you need to properly address your loved ones’ financial affairs. Families who need to bridge the time it takes to sell a home, liquidate a portfolio, or receive veteran benefits while a loved one makes the move into our community can benefit from an Elderlife Line of Credit. This program is an easy, fast way to finance senior living with same day decision and funding within 48 hours in most cases. Our Financial Concierge will give you a call to answer your questions on how Elderlife could be helpful and the support CRL will provide your family if you do choose this option.
• Life Care Funding Group - Life Settlement Program: Seniors can raise funds to pay for senior housing through a life settlement market. A “life settlement” is the sale of an in-force life insurance policy for an amount much greater than the cash surrender value from the insurance company. Many families and seniors find a life settlement a great way to help finance their senior living options. During your appointment with our Financial Concierge you will receive basic information on this program.
• Veterans Legal Assistance -Veterans Aid & Attendance Benefit:
Veterans or spouses of veterans may be eligible for the Veterans Aid and Attendance benefit. This benefit pays between $950-$1,840 per month for combat veterans and spouse of foreign wars. Because this benefit may take 3 to 9 months to arrive, families often can use the Elderlife Financial Services line of credit to help them pay for housing and care until the benefit arrives. Our Financial Concierge will walk you through this special benefit and then connect you to Veterans Legal Assistance to get started with the application if you are eligible.
