Family Communication Plan

CRL believes family communication is critical to the wellness of our residents and their family members. Our Family Ties program provides consistent communication detailing the many positive and exciting life enrichment programs occurring in our communities.

A cornerstone of CRL's Life Enrichment Pillars is to keep residents connected to the rest of the community and to their family. We want family members to feel connected, not only to how their loved one is doing, but what our community is doing to enrich our resident's lives — and encourage both residents and family members to participate.

To ensure regular communication, we make sure it’s convenient for our families to reach us. So whether loved ones prefer to pick up the phone, talk face to face, email or use the latest social media tools, we’re ready to share and listen.
