Centennial Inn, is located in historic downtown Oshkosh, WI. Once home to the former Ladies Benevolent Society, Centennial Inn is an assisted living community that provides varying levels of care to area seniors, including those with early stage Alzheimer’s and dementia.

With private suites, residents enjoy nutritious meals, weekly light housekeeping, daily activities in the comfort of a residential home setting.
